Dr. Dave McIntyre is a highly decorated veteran!
Who served in the United States Army, United States Air Force, and the United States Public Health Service. He trained USAF Fighter Pilots, Flight Crews, and Emergency Response teams, treated service members and their families, and responded to local and national crises. Dr. McIntyre later transferred to the United States Public Health Service (USPHS), working with the Indian Health Service, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and the Division of Immigration Health Services. As an officer in the USPHS, he led behavioral health response teams to national and international disasters such as the Indonesian Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Ivan, the Sandy Hook School Shooting, and suicide cluster responses to Indian country. He received numerous awards, including USPHS Psychologist of the Year, Arizona Suicide Prevention Coalition Trainer of the Year, and over 30 decorations from the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and the United States Public Health Service. Dr. McIntyre retired from active duty at the rank of Captain (O-6) after providing 30 years of service. At this time Dr. McIntyre runs a Clinical and Forensic Psychology practice, based in Tempe, Arizona.
